An internal PaaS that brings hosting, onboarding, identity, routing, and releases together on OCI Kubernetes Engine.

I developed and maintain the platform, delivering a five-service production system with a React portal, central SSO, REST APIs, and an Oracle-backed registry.

Consolidated application hosting onto two shared OKE load balancers and retired 15 legacy per-application load balancers. A central proxy helped overcome cloud routing-capacity limits.

I'm Terry Felton. Call me Romme.

I started by solving hardware and software problems for people. That grew into building applications, modernizing enterprise software, and now designing the platforms that help teams ship.

My work connects software engineering with architecture and product ownership. I care about the whole journey: how a developer gets started, how an application stays secure, and what happens after it goes live.
